Low voltage · Main distribution boards

Type-tested main distribution for the projects that can't afford downtime.

Our LV switchboard range spans three families — type-tested BlokSeT and Prisma manufactured under Schneider Electric license, plus EPOS partial type-tested boards for custom distribution layouts. Form 4 separation, internal arc containment to 100 kA, and engineered for commercial, industrial, and critical-load environments across the Kingdom.

The range

Two type-tested families, engineered for the most demanding LV applications.

From the form-4 BlokSeT main board for critical distribution, to the modular Prisma panel for tertiary buildings, to a configurable EPOS board where a full type test is not specified.

    Type-tested switchboard — BlokSeT

    Up to 30% energy savings

Manufactured under Schneider Electric license and fully type-tested to IEC 61439-1 and -2. The reference for main distribution boards in commercial buildings, hospitals, airports, and industrial plants — modular, scalable, and Form-4 compliant for the highest level of internal separation.

    Up to 690 Vac · 7,000 A busbar · 100 kArms / 1 s · Form 4 · IP 54

  • Distribution panels — Prisma
    Up to 690 Vac · Schneider licensed02 / 3

    Distribution panels — Prisma

Schneider Electric's Prisma distribution range manufactured under license. Engineered for floor- and wall-mounted distribution boards in commercial and tertiary buildings where modularity, safety, and aesthetics all matter — compatible with the full Schneider LV protection portfolio.

    Up to 690 Vac · 3,200 A busbar · Form 4 · IP 55 · IEC 61439-1/-2/-3

  • Partial type-tested switchboard — EPOS
    Up to 690 Vac · Partial type tested03 / 3

    Partial type-tested switchboard — EPOS

Engineered to IEC 61439 as a partial type-tested system (PTTA). Flexible distribution-board configurations for projects requiring custom layouts where a full type-tested switchboard is not specified — built in the same Madinah facility, to the same quality system.

Up to 690 Vac · Configurable busbar · PTTA · IEC 61439 · IP configurable

Where it's deployed

Engineered for the buildings, hospitals, and industrial plants of Vision 2030.

The LV main board is where a building's power chain becomes its own — everything downstream of the transformer depends on its integrity. We specify Form-4 BlokSeT where reliability and standardised safety levels are non-negotiable.

  1. 01

    Commercial buildings

Main distribution boards for office towers, mixed-use developments, retail, and hospitality. Form-4 BlokSeT specified where high reliability and standardised safety levels are required.

  2. 02

    Healthcare facilities

Hospital electrical infrastructure where uninterrupted power is a clinical requirement. Configurable with automatic transfer schemes, UPS integration, and life-safety load segregation.

  3. 03

    Airports and transportation

LV distribution for terminals, control towers, runway lighting, and ground support facilities. Engineered for 24/7 operational requirements and the load profiles specific to aviation.

  4. 04

    Industrial and manufacturing

Main and sub-distribution for production facilities, process plants, and manufacturing complexes. Compatible with MCC integration and process automation systems.

  5. 05

    Data centers and critical infrastructure

Mission-critical distribution where redundancy and arc-fault containment are mandatory. Form-4 separation, internal arc to 100 kA, and N+1 backup configurations.

  6. 06

    Education and government

University campuses, ministerial complexes, and embassies. Configurable for both standalone substations and larger distribution networks.

LV distribution hierarchy
Placeholder deployment diagram — lv

An MV source steps down through a transformer to the Form-4 LV main switchboard, which fans out through outgoing ways to sub-distribution, a motor control centre, and a final distribution board — each feeding its loads.

Engineered to standard

Type-tested. Independently certified. Schneider-licensed.

The LV switchboard family is designed and type-tested per the IEC standards covering low-voltage assemblies, distribution boards, and arcing due to internal fault.

IEC standards compliance

  • IEC 61439-1Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies — general rules.
  • IEC 61439-2Power switchgear and controlgear assemblies.
  • IEC 61439-3Distribution boards intended to be operated by ordinary persons.
  • IEC TR 61641Guide for testing under conditions of arcing due to internal fault.

Management systems and licensing

  • ISO 9001 : 2015
  • ISO 14001 : 2015
  • ISO 45001 : 2018
  • Schneider Electric · Licensed (BlokSeT, Prisma)
