Why TEPCO

A place where engineers do engineering work.

From graduate engineers building their first career to senior specialists evaluating a move.

  1. Work on real engineering problems.

TEPCO engineers design, manufacture, commission, and service the electrical infrastructure that powers Saudi hospitals, utilities, and Vision 2030 megaprojects. Schneider Electric licensed products, IEC 61850 smart grid systems, and the largest industrial accounts in the Kingdom, not theoretical case studies.

  2. Join a team that stays.

Many TEPCO engineers have been with the group for 10+ years. That tenure is not an accident; it reflects a workplace where engineering judgment is respected, where careers progress through real responsibility, and where the work itself is interesting enough to stay.

  3. Building Saudi talent for Vision 2030.

    Vision 2030

Active Saudization programme with structured graduate development, fast-tracked technical training, and a clear progression path from entry-level engineering to senior leadership. We are not meeting quotas; we are investing in the next generation of Saudi industrial leadership.

  4. Train on the global gold standard.

As an officially licensed Schneider Electric manufacturer in KSA, our engineers train on Schneider's protocols, products, and quality systems. The skills you develop at TEPCO are recognised across the global power industry, including at Schneider, ABB, Siemens, and Eaton.

Saudization · Vision 2030

A serious commitment to Saudi national talent.

TEPCO KSA's hiring strategy aligns with Vision 2030's industrial diversification programme and the Saudi Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) guidelines. We actively recruit Saudi nationals across engineering, manufacturing, commercial, and corporate functions, with structured training, mentorship from senior engineers, and clear career progression. Saudization is not a compliance line for us. It is how we build the Saudi industrial workforce that Vision 2030 depends on.
